What is self adhesive vinyl ?
Unlike stamps that need to be licked to stick to anything, self-adhesive here means the material is coated with a sticky substance and it sticks!
Vinyl is a synthetic resin or plastic composed of polyvinyl chloride or related polymers. Long story short, vinyl is a long lasting bonding material!
The vinyl adhesive sheet consists of three parts;
The top layer is a thin layer of vinyl. This is the part that your potential customers will see, the part that keeps the color.
The second layer is adhesive. There are two types of adhesives used; Water and solvent. Water-based ones are removable, while solvent-based ones are permanent.
The last layer is the backing. Just like a sticker, the back is coated with something that won’t stick to the adhesive or cause any damage to the adhesive.
Self-adhesive vinyl absorbs certain types of ink and is used in digital printing to create really bright designs.
It’s like a giant sticker, but on a huge scale!
You could design a snazzy car AD, or reconfigure your office wall monitor…
Different types and color for your choose!
